Do you need to return an item?
Any new or unused item within 90 days of the date your item was shipped may be returned for the refund the full item price. Shipping on new or unused items will not be refunded. Returns on custom ordered or used items will not be accepted. We follow all manufacturer’s policies to warranty your items. Manufacturer’s warranties are normally 90 days.
Any "special offer" free parts must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT: Inspect All Shipments Upon Receipt
Inspect all shipments upon receipt of the package. Any damaged shipments must be reported to us within two days of the delivery. All shipments are shipped with insurance and we will work with all freight carriers to resolve any issue with your order.
To start a return simply click on the “Request RMA” link at the bottom of any page. Once you receive you RMA number it must be placed on or close to the shipping label. Any package without an RMA number will be refused.
Remember it is your responsibility to pack and ship the item well for the return trip. We always recommend a shipping method that is trackable. Any lost or damaged shipments that occur before our receipt of the package must be handle with the freight carrier by the customer.
